That’s the beauty & simplicity of it all.
More often than not, “We see what’s already in our minds.”
It’s incredibly difficult to step out of it all and imagine something radically different.
Almost always I wake up with a song playing in my head…
It sets the pace & tone for the rest of the day (unless I Workout.) The workout with it’s accompanying music changes everything after that. (That’s a whole different post by itself.)
